Fill out the form below to contact the District Office who will forward your details to one of the Lodges in your desired City.
General Procedure
- A representative of the Lodge will contact you after receiving your details from us.
- He will interact with you and get more information from you about yourself.
- He will then discuss with other members of his Lodge
- The next step once the members of the Lodge are in agreement to proceed ahead with your candidature, is for you to fill out a Registration Form that will be provided by the Lodge to you.
- Fill in the Registration form fully and honestly.
- Do not be vague about your occupation/profession.
- Attend an interview by the Lodge Committee on a mutually convenient date. The interview is meant for the committee as much to assess your suitability for the Lodge, as for you to assess the Lodge’s suitability for you.
- If a vote in your favour is indicated, make your initial payment.
Await the Summons from the Lodge Secretary for your Initiation ceremony
