Refund Policy

Good once sold cannot be returned unless for damage of the product which should be notified to The District Grand Lodge of Bombay within 3 days of receiving the product. To notify The District Grand Lodge of Bombay, please send an email to info@dglbombay.in quoting your Order number, the product purchased, a brief description of the issue and a photograph of the damaged product wherein the damage should be clearly visible. If the District Grand Lodge of Bombay does not get notified within 3 days of the purchaser receiving the product, then, The District Grand Lodge of Bombay may reject any and all claims from the purchaser including but not limited to return or refund.
